Orders are expected to begin shipping between July 9th - July 21st! Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification. We apologize that this is slightly later than originally quoted and our teams are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Orders are fulfilled by a network of suppliers.  The order contents and final destination determine delivery time.  Turnaround for in-stock items delivered within the U.S. is normally 7-10 days.  International orders containing on-demand products can take in excess of 30 days to arrive. 

Please note that many carriers have imposed temporary holds or limitations on inbound packages. We are working closely with our suppliers to keep this listing updated. For a complete list of affected countries click here.

We offer returns or exchanges for unsatisfactory and unwanted items.  Original items must be received in the same condition as they were shipped.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Customers must contact shop@forgottenweapons.com before any product is shipped back for processing and include the following information:

- Name

- Order number

- Unwanted/Missing item

We utilize a dynamic approach to product procurement to ensure the store has something unique for everyone and the assortment is updated regularly.  The products offered feature various production and decorating techniques including on-demand printing, embroidery, sublimation, along with various customization processes.  Items are globally sourced, some of which are fulfilled from our Illinois warehouse.  These steps are taken to minimize material waste.

A notification containing tracking detail will be sent to the e-mail address used to place the order once items have been fulfilled.  Customers can contact shop@forgottenweapons.com for tracking or related inquiries.

Order cancellation requests must be sent to shop@forgottenweapons.com.  If an order has not shipped a full refund will be issued.  If an order has already shipped it will need to be returned to us at the customer’s expense before we can issue a refund.
