Orders are fulfilled by a network of suppliers. The order contents and final destination determine delivery time. Turnaround for in-stock items delivered within the U.S. is normally 7-10 days. International orders containing on-demand products can take in excess of 30 days to arrive.

We offer returns or exchanges for unsatisfactory and unwanted items. Original items must be received in the same condition as they were shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We utilize a dynamic approach to product procurement to ensure the store has something unique for everyone and the assortment is updated regularly. The products offered feature various production and decorating techniques including on-demand printing, embroidery, sublimation, along with various customization processes. Items are globally sourced, some of which are fulfilled from our Illinois warehouse. These steps are taken to minimize material waste.

Order cancellation requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If an order has not shipped a full refund will be issued. If an order has already shipped it will need to be returned to us at the customer’s expense before we can issue a refund.
